Job Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and peeling vegetables, and cutting meat
• Cook food using various utensils or grillers
• Monitor food while cooking, stirring or turning as necessary
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
• Properly store all food and other items
• Check the quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Clean all kitchen equipment after use
